As a Leadership Consultant, you’ll be a part of the Enterprise Talent and Leadership team that empowers our leaders through the design and delivery of in-house leadership initiatives. You’ll manage the delivery and continuous improvement of programs that align with Suncorp’s leadership strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Project and program manage leadership initiatives.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance initiative quality
- Manage vendors for the delivery of key talent and leadership initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Contribute to strategic talent and leadership projects
What You’ll Bring
- Exposure to Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent
- Experience in learning programs delivery, reporting and project management (non-negotiable)
- Experience with learning management systems, procurement and vendor management processes
