The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with deep experience supporting technology or digital transformation programs.

This role supports high-impact initiatives across technology and business domains, requiring someone who can navigate complexity, drive delivery, and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Project delivery across multiple teams, squads and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using various Tools.
  • Partner with various stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure timely and quality outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships, including navigating challenging conversations and conflicting priorities.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting across Agile initiatives.
  • Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
  • Contribute to projects involving data platforms, analytics, or cybersecurity, ensuring coordination and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or delivery roles, in the Technology, Transformation, data and or security projects.
  • Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery principles.
  • Experience in Project, Program, or PMO support roles.
  • Exposure to project financial tracking and budget management.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes in complex environments.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving data platforms, analytics, or security is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
