Technical Supervisor - Mobile Asphalt Plant

The Role

We are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Supervisor to join our team based in Perth, WA. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing technical project delivery, coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting operational performance across major infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include

• Supervise and coordinate technical project activities on site
• Provide comprehensive technical support to production and project teams
• Ensure material quality is consistent and meets the expected level of project specification, ensure full compliance with all QA & QC requirements
• Support quality assurance processes, inspections, and reporting
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively
• Liaise with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients
• Promote strong safety, environmental and compliance standards

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Supervisor
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in the Bitumen or Road Construction Industry
• Ability to communicate, lead, manage, motivate and drive continuous improvement
