About The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Systems Lead to take ownership of a complex infrastructure and network environment across ANZ and Asia.
This is a technical leadership role, ideal for someone who still likes to stay close to the detail - balancing leadership with strong capability across Windows Server, Azure infrastructure and modern enterprise networking.
You will lead a small team (including offshore resources), while driving stability, security and performance across a hybrid infrastructure environment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across infrastructure and networking, including Azure cloud and on-prem environments
- Own and guide design decisions across server, network and security architecture
- Lead the evolution of the environment, including increasing focus on Linux platforms and modern network architectures
Infrastructure & Network Operations
- Windows Server and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Azure networking (VNets, firewalls, NSGs, WAF)
- Enterprise networking across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
- Ensure availability, performance and resilience across systems
- Lead troubleshooting of complex infrastructure and network issues
Networking & Security
- Routing and network design
- SD-WAN and SASE / SSE architectures
- Identity, endpoint and cloud security controls
- Partner with security teams to strengthen overall cyber posture
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a team (including offshore), creating clear ownership and accountability
- Support delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to business needs
What You'll Bring
- Recent experience in a technical leadership role (Team Lead / Systems Lead / Network Lead)
- Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Azure infrastructure and networking
- Enterprise networking, including routing, SD-WAN and SASE
- Experience working in complex, hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across infrastructure and network layers
- Ability to lead while remaining hands-on and technically credible
- Exposure to Red Hat Linux environments (ideal)
