About The Role

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and valuation
• Buyer / seller due diligence
• Information memoranda and board materials
• Transaction execution and client interaction
• Work closely with senior bankers in a lean, meritocratic team environment

Qualifications

• Excellent academics (Distinction average minimum)
• 12 months Corporate finance experience from a global investment bank, independent advisor, Big 4 M&A / Corporate Finance team

Required Skills

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Motivated, detail-oriented and keen to build a long-term career in M&A
