The Opportunity
This role presents a professional opportunity to join a high-performing team. Based in VIC, you will be responsible for managing the VIC, SA and WA territories. Working closely with the broader Clinect team, you will ensure the growth and ongoing success of the business across a variety of healthcare stakeholders including Pharmacists, Clinicians and Nurses. Your primary focus is building professional relationships and achieving commercial outcomes that ensure optimal results for patients. What You Will Do
- Deliver on sales budgets, including revenue and gross profit targets;
- Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies;
- Manage negotiations and formalise agreements with key customers;
- Establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the team to maximise market opportunities and share intelligence;
- Manage tender submissions and ensure product inclusion where necessary.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or life science sales within a clinical setting;
- Proven relationship management skills with a focus on business development and closing sales;
- A self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a values-driven approach;
- Tertiary education in a related field such as Pharmacy, Nursing, or Science.
