About the Role
We’re seeking dedicated Housekeeping staff to join our team at Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care Facility. In this essential role, you will:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms, communal areas, and shared spaces
- Support a warm, respectful, and homelike environment
- Engage with residents, including those living with dementia, illness, or disability
- Contribute to the overall comfort and wellbeing of our community
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (highly desirable)
- A positive attitude and genuine empathy for older people
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
- COVID19 and annual Influenza vaccinations encouraged
