Job Description

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist the team in identifying and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between team deliverables and business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
  • Support the adoption of Agile tools and techniques across the organisation.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Scrum Master Should Have

  • MUST be an Australian Citizen, due to the industry the client operates in.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery professional supporting multiple teams
  • Strong experience coaching teams through Agile adoption and maturity uplift initiatives
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies across hybrid or distributed teams
  • Experience working within IT operations, application support, or service delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and support cultural and behavioural change
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement principles
