About the role
We are seeking a driven and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team in Hobart. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing excellent service, and driving sales of our high-quality sheds and outdoor structures.
What you’ll be doing
- Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the local market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Providing knowledgeable and personalized consultations to help customers find the perfect solution for their needs
- Effectively presenting and demonstrating our product range to generate sales
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and pipeline activities
- Supporting marketing initiatives and events to promote our brand and products

- Proven sales experience, preferably within the construction, home improvement or outdoor living industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to deliver tailored solutions
- Driven and competitive mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and market conditions
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Confident in using sales and CRM tools to track and manage pipeline activities
