Our new partner in Australia - the GEORGIOU Group - is currently looking for a heavy duty plant mechanic in Perth, located very close to the beautiful west coast. We kindly invite experienced mechanics who are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take up this adventure to apply!

Trade qualified Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic

5+ years post-trade experience working on civil construction equipment

Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and troubleshooting capability (including electrical systems)

Experience across both workshop and field service environments

Proven experience maintaining CAT or similar mobile plant equipment

Strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid C Class driver's licence (HR desirable)

Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of the role

Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs

Diagnose faults across a range of mobile plant and equipment

Maintain and repair equipment including articulated trucks, dozers, excavators, graders, wheel loaders and ancillary plant

Complete field service work using a fully equipped service vehicle

Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards

Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team environment
