About Your Role

Step into a pivotal leadership role within our Maintenance Department, where you’ll lead the Electrical Integrity Maintenance team and make a genuine impact on safety, performance, and day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership on the frontline—empowering your team, shaping a positive culture, and ensuring everyone goes home safe and well.

Role

Reporting to the Superintendent – Electrical Integrity, you’ll play a key role in bringing our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision to life by:

  • Fostering a strong safety culture through visible leadership, while mentoring, coaching, and developing your team to succeed collectively
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with site health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures
  • Supporting initiatives that enhance plant stability, including identifying and addressing equipment reliability issues
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with operations, maintenance, and technical teams across the site

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a safety-focused leader, with a strong commitment to promoting safe work practices within your team
  • Must hold a valid Australian Electrical Licence
  • Instrumentation qualifications (preferred)
  • A proactive approach to leading and implementing change, with the ability to influence, mentor, and support others
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, peers, and leaders
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage, build trust, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
