Good salary + share options(ESOP)

We are looking for a hands-on electrical systems integration and test engineer to own how we validate our systems from early prototypes through to production. This role sits at the intersection of electrical circuits, control systems, instrumentation, and system-level testing ensuring we generate high-quality data, uncover failures early, and build confidence in performance, reliability, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Execute test plans and perform integration and verification of electrical control systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes
  • Support system bring-up, debugging, and validation of new designs
  • Design and run thermal and environmental tests, correlating results with design expectations
  • Conduct stress and reliability testing to identify early failure modes and improve robustness
  • Assemble, modify, and test electrical cabinets, harnesses, and full systems
  • Contribute to cabinet design and system integration including wiring, layout, and assembly
  • Develop and improve manufacturing and end-of-line test procedures
  • Translate R&D tests into repeatable production workflows and support field issue debugging
  • Prepare test plans, reports, and engineering documentation
  • Work closely with mechanical, software, and systems teams and contribute to design reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant industry experience in electrical systems or control and automation
  • Experience with electrical cabinet wiring, system integration, and hardware assembly
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Practical, hands-on approach with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of EMC/EMI considerations desirable
  • Experience with automated test setups or scripting such as Python or MATLAB desirable
  • Understanding of safety standards and industrial control systems desirable
