The Opportunity

Due to recent internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced

Presales Consultant to join our professional services team in Brisbane, QLD. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our sales team to deliver tailored Managed Services solutions to meet client needs and drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to support the end-to-end sales cycle, designing tailored solutions and recommending products that align to customer needs.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions, including requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, solution design, and service integration planning.
  • Develop high-quality client proposals and contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to translate solution designs into actionable artefacts and provide technical guidance.
  • Define, document, and communicate clear solution scope, timelines, and project milestones to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Skills, & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capability, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data, evaluate solution options, and provide commercially sound recommendations (including P&L awareness).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; exposure to Power BI and/or Power Apps is advantageous.
  • Proven consultative approach, with the ability to gather and document business and technical requirements, and act as a trusted advisor/SME in customer engagements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in a presales, project delivery, or related role, with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems proactively, and collaborate across virtual teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Understanding of print industry/ environments will be highly regarded.
