We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Delivery & Governance Lead to help establish delivery discipline, coordination, and lightweight PMO governance across a portfolio of initiatives.
This role will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to improve visibility, accountability, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish lightweight PMO governance and delivery frameworks
Coordinate delivery activities across multiple initiatives
Manage interdependencies, risks, and escalation points
Implement consistent project status reporting processes
Support initiative lifecycle governance and delivery cadence
Drive accountability and momentum across stakeholders
Key Experience:
Strong PMO, delivery governance, or program coordination background
Experience working in complex transformation environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes
Experience setting up reporting and governance processes
