Role Description

Riello UPS Australia is seeking a full-time Service Technician for its on-site operations based in Sydney, NSW In this role, you will handle routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of UPS and power systems. You will also engage in field service activities, address emergency service calls, and provide exceptional customer support during onsite visits. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical issues, completing service reports, and ensuring equipment performs reliably and efficiently.

Qualifications and experience.

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of electrical or power systems
• Experience with Field Service operations and onsite technical support
• Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conduct preventative Maintenance and provide technical recommendations
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for onsite service
• Electrical or technical certification, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous
• Knowledge of UPS systems and/or experience in the power or energy storage sector is a plus
• Australia working rights.
