The Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded commercial property agency with a strong presence in the WA market. This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and social team environment, based in premium offices close to Perth’s vibrant café and lifestyle precinct.
Within this role, you will take ownership of a significant WA-wide portfolio of strategically important retail assets. The portfolio includes well-established, high-traffic sites requiring a proactive and relationship-focused property management approach.
The Role
Reporting into a supportive Retail Division, you will be responsible for delivering best-practice property management across a diverse and high-profile asset base.
You will focus on driving performance outcomes, strengthening tenant relationships, and ensuring optimal asset performance across both operational and financial measures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and associated negotiations
- Driving tenant retention strategies across key assets
- Collaborating closely with internal leasing, facilities, and asset teams
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across tenants and service partners
- Ensuring strong financial performance and reporting across the portfolio
About You
We are looking for an experienced commercial or retail property professional who thrives in managing complex, multi-site portfolios.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in retail or commercial property management
- Strong understanding of retail tenancy legislation and compliance
- Excellent financial acumen and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
