What we need from you

· At least five (5) years of experience working as a Project Manager specialised in Adabas/Natural mainframe projects.

· Provide hands-on technical leadership and team oversight for Adabas/Natural services including prioritising incoming work and contributing to code and solution reviews.

· Lead support of Adabas/Natural systems, resolving complex issues, guiding solution design and contributing to decommissioning strategies.

· Manage workload intake, prioritisation and delivery, governance, ensuring a structured approach to balancing business as usual support, incidents and project work, with clear tracking of risks, dependencies and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Oversee production support and operational stability, including incident management, root cause analysis, and coordination of fixes to ensure continuity of critical business services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions and provide expert advice on mainframe capabilities, risks, dependencies and decommissioning considerations.
