THE ROLE
Executive Assistant to Managing Director | Senior EA | EA Role
A senior Executive Assistant position supporting a Managing Director in a fast-paced global organisation. The role sits within the executive leadership structure and plays a key part in ensuring seamless support across diary management, inbox coordination, travel and stakeholder engagement.
Core responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- High-volume inbox management, prioritisation and correspondence
- Domestic and international travel coordination and itineraries
- Preparation of agendas, briefing materials and meeting packs
- Leadership meeting support including minutes and action tracking
- Liaison with global and regional Executive Assistants
- Coordination of executive visits, stakeholder meetings and events
- Expense management, reconciliation and administration
- Support on projects, research and ad hoc executive tasks
- Tracking actions, priorities and deadlines through to completion
This is a proactive Executive Assistant role, operating as a trusted partner to the Managing Director and ensuring priorities are delivered smoothly across the business.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Ideal background
- Executive Assistant, Senior EA or EA to MD/CEO experience
- Polished communication and presentation
- Strong diary management, inbox management and executive coordination skills
- Exposure to global or international business environments (essential)
- Experience managing travel across time zones
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly regarded
- Corporate, retail, or professional services background
- Premium brand exposure
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI tools in an EA environment
- Experience improving processes or executive workflows
Confident operating in a structured, high-standard corporate environment with direct but professional communication styles.

SALARY
AUD $100,000 – $115,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)
