Perth Based | Onsite role

We are seeking a Demand & Capacity Planner to support workforce and resource planning across a large portfolio of initiatives.

This role will focus on aligning delivery demand with workforce capacity, supporting resource forecasting, and identifying capability gaps across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage demand intake processes

  • Develop capacity versus demand views across initiatives

  • Build workforce and resource forecasting models

  • Identify resource constraints and capability gaps

  • Support prioritisation and sequencing discussions

  • Provide insights into future hiring and contractor requirements

Key Experience:

  • Workforce planning, capacity planning, or resource planning experience

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience with forecasting and workforce modelling

  • Ability to simplify complex planning challenges

  • Experience supporting delivery or portfolio environments preferred

This is a strong opportunity for someone with workforce planning or resource management experience looking to work in a broader portfolio environment.
