Junior/Trainee Business Development Manager

Our client is an equipment supplier seeking a motivated and energetic Junior / Trainee Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Epping, Victoria.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone motivated, confident with customers, and eager to learn both the commercial and technical sides of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Win new customers across construction, infrastructure, events, and industrial sectors
• Make outbound calls and follow up on incoming enquiries to convert opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and support both new and existing clients

• Assist with quotes, proposals, and tenders to support the sales team
• Join senior BDMs on meetings and site visits to gain hands‑on industry exposure
• Support account management and help coordinate ongoing projects
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to strengthen your product knowledge
