The Role

• Part-Time Opportunity (15 hours per week): Wednesday, Friday and Sunday

At TerryWhite Chemmart, our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our pharmacy, and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day pharmacy operations. In this role, you will deliver a high level of customer service, provide product recommendations in the front of store, and advise on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate, ensuring quality and personable service to all our customers. You also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring a compliant workplace.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you have:

• Customer service and/or pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
• A positive, self‑motivated attitude
• Strong communication skills
• A team‑first mindset
• A “Dedicated to Care” approach to customer service
• S2/S3 Qualification
• Minfos software experience is advantageous
