What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles across Metcash [
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, success measures and leadership capability
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines and network of executive talent across critical capability areas
  • Provide market insights to shape attraction strategies and EVP positioning
  • Manage executive search partners where required, ensuring quality, governance and value for money
  • Contribute to tailored onboarding approaches to accelerate senior leader success

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience recruiting executive or senior leadership roles
  • Strong demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing, pipelining and executive market engagement
  • Credibility and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional stakeholder management within complex organisational structures
  • Experience managing executive search firms and external partners
  • Ability to represent and promote an employer brand effectively in the market
