We're looking for someone who brings good energy, loves working with people, and is ready to take ownership of the MYER Chatswood concession while building leadership skills along the way.

30 hours per week. Tuesday - Wednesday: 10:30am-5pm | Thursday: 10am-3pm | Friday: 10:30am-5pm | Saturday: 10am-5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

Step into your first retail management role with hands-on support and development

Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service

Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance

Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life

Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs

Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD

Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance

Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
