FinXL IT is seeking a Network Test Engineer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Banking client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Review network configuration outputs to confirm correctness
Validate connectivity including interfaces and basic packet checks
Identify issues and raise formal defects with clear evidence
Capture screenshots, configuration extracts, and logs in QMetry
Liaise between Test teams and Project Network Engineers
Support migration test windows and large-scale network migrations
Provide independent validation of connectivity during cutovers
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on testing & assurance
Exposure to Cisco environments and ACI familiarity
Strong network fundamentals (CCNA-level or equivalent)
Experience reviewing configurations and connectivity outcomes
Detail-oriented approach to capturing evidence and test results
Strong written communication skills for defect reporting
Previous experience with enterprise migrations or cutovers
What's On Offer?

- Located in Norwest Business Park
- Hybrid-full time working arrangement (3-5 days per week in the office with occasional weekend support (paid))
