Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven individual to join our Armadale showroom. As a Client Advisor, you’ll play an active role in every aspect of the showroom: from welcoming clients and delivering outstanding service, to driving sales, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring the space reflects the standards of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality and retail, and who is eager to build strong client relationships within a luxury environment.

What You'll Do

• Host and welcome clients: Create a warm, professional atmosphere that reflects our brand.

• Retail sales and clienteling: Assist clients in developing their wardrobe, building lasting relationships through attentive service.

• Showroom operations: Contribute to the smooth running of back-of-house tasks, stock management, and showroom presentation.

• Grow with us: Build your experience in a luxury brand with opportunities for future progression, including showroom management or participation in international trunk shows.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for style, clothing, and client service.

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is highly regarded, though not essential.

• A positive, adaptable attitude and strong communication skills.
