YOUR ROLE
The Senior Manager, Digital Change and Adoption is accountable for establishing, leading, and embedding a high-performing enterprise change management practice to support digital projects and programs across MACS, including direct engagement with schools. The role provides strategic leadership, coaching, and assurance across all digital change initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes for schools, business areas, and corporate functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, implement, and embed an enterprise change management framework that supports digital transformation across schools and MACS offices with the aim of building a mature and sustainable Change Management Practice with change capability aligned to organisational strategy and ways of working.
- Lead, coach, and develop change Managers, change management leads and training resources supporting digital initiatives impacting schools and business units.
- Foster a collaborative community of practice that understands and responds to the unique operational and cultural context needs of school environments.
- Provide leadership and assurance through appropriate change governance forums, ensuring consistent, high‑quality change management across digital projects and programs. Spear head change governance forums where applicable and support the change team through required change governance processes to provide strategic oversight and assurance of change management activities across digital projects and programs.
- Ensure change approaches are appropriate, pragmatic proportionate, and tailored to school and MACS office contexts.
- Partner closely with schools, principals, and business leaders to understand readiness, impacts, and adoption risks, co‑designing effective change approaches. Stakeholder partnership and collaboration; working closely with schools to understand their operational context, readiness, and change impacts, and partnering with senior leaders, principals, and business stakeholders to co-design effective change approaches and adoption.
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change in complex digital environments with significant frontline or end-user impact transformations (e.g. schools or large distributed workforces).
- Demonstrated success establishing and embedding an enterprise change management framework and practice within an enterprise/complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, uplift and guide senior change and training professionals to managers and training managers to deliver consistent, high-quality wholistic outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, principals, and diverse business groups.
- Demonstrated capability tailoring change approaches to diverse audiences with varying levels of change maturity.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change as part of end‑to‑end transformation program
