Role-1 Devops Engineer-Tech Lead

Skills:

• Hands on experience deploying and managing workloads in Kubernetes (GKE, EKS).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
• Ability to build, optimise, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation and operational efficiency.
• Application troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and debugging microservices.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles.
• Proven experience managing production environments in AWS and GCP.
• Hands on experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Experience collaborating with development teams to enhance deployment strategies.

Good to have

• Understanding of service mesh technologies (Istio) and networking in Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and container environments.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and workload orchestration."

Role-2 Platform Engineer -Tech Lead

Experience-7+year

"Full stack engineers" are essentially suited for building out applications.

The ideal candidate is going to be an engineer with a background in platform engineering - e.g. building the platforms that other engineers build & deploy their stuff on.
