Occupational Therapist

Our Physio Co is growing, and we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melbourne’s South-East!

This is a unique opportunity to work across both community settings, with a diverse caseload across paediatrics and old adults.

About the Role

You will be working across:

• Community (NDIS, Home Care Package clients, privates)

Your caseload will include:

• Paediatrics (developmental support, ASD, early intervention)
• Adults (neurological, physical and psychosocial presentations)
• Older adults (functional decline, independence and mobility support)

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing therapy plans
• Delivering interventions in both home and clinic settings
• Completing NDIS reports and functional assessments
• Prescribing assistive technology and home modifications
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• Passionate about working across a diverse caseload (paeds, adults and elderly)
• Comfortable working in community settings
• Confident, adaptable and able to work independently
• Strong in building relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
• Organised with strong time management skills
• Committed to continuous learning and development
