Job Title: Servicenow Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The role involves workflow automation, platform customization, integrations, CMDB/CSDM implementation, and ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Portal while ensuring ITIL-aligned best practices and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules based on business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party enterprise applications such as Azure and SAP.
• Support CMDB and CSDM implementation activities while ensuring platform performance optimization, ITIL best practices, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams while mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in ITSM modules and exposure to ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript including both server-side and client-side scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Service Catalog development.
• Strong integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and external enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITIL framework, platform architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and stakeholder communication.
