We are currently recruiting for a Sales Specialist opportunity working across multiple established residential communities located throughout Sydney, with corporate offices based in a central location.

The client is open to either a temporary or permanent arrangement for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.

The Role:

  • Manage the full client journey from enquiry through to sign-up
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines and referral relationships
  • Conduct tours and consultations with prospective residents/clients
  • Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven customer experience
  • Drive occupancy and sales outcomes across multiple locations

Ideal Background

  • Strong consultative or long-cycle sales experience
  • Experience within property, lifestyle, residential communities, luxury service or relationship-driven sales environments highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, polished and target driven
