Based in the heart of Sydney, we're a full service Agency with a reputation for delivering bespoke campaigns that make a positive impact for our clients, we focus on forging robust partnerships and developing customised strategies that resonate with the specific needs of each brand. We're now looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to take our Agency to the next level. This role is perfect for a performance marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of one of the agency’s most important disciplines. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

We’re on the lookout for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Performance Marketing to lead and evolve our agency’s paid media offering. This senior role is pivotal in shaping the direction of our performance channels including paid search and paid social while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for refining our approach to performance marketing, championing innovation, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all accounts. A key part of your role will be managing and strengthening our relationships with platform partners such as Google and Meta, staying ahead of emerging tools and trends, and leveraging these partnerships to influence media strategy and unlock growth opportunities for both our clients and the agency. With a focus on both strategy and operational excellence, you’ll lead a team of specialists, support new business efforts, and play an integral role in driving measurable results across our portfolio.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• Team leadership skills passionate about Inspiring and guiding a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
• Strong ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) to stay ahead of industry changes
• Team Leadership, Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, Client Direction
• Experience creating scalable processes to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly, optimised continuously, and reported transparently
