Senior Microsoft Consultant

I am recruiting for a consulting team that delivers practical, high impact digital solutions across public and private sector clients. The work is Microsoft-first and sits across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure. This is a client-facing role with real ownership, not a back-of-house build-only gig.

What you will be doing

• Lead design and delivery across Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Translate business needs into scalable solution designs
• Configure and extend Power Platform and D365 (Apps, Automate, Dataverse)
• Provide technical leadership on projects and mentor junior consultants
• Work directly with clients and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to governance, architecture decisions and best practice

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 experience
• Solid Azure knowledge plus Microsoft 365 administration and platform governance
• Proven consulting or client-facing delivery experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Melbourne-based and no requirement for visa sponsorship
