You’ll have BDR support generating opportunities, but this is a true, outbound hunting role. The top performers are the ones building pipeline, creating opportunities, and backing themselves to close.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prospecting and building your own pipeline
• Running discovery calls and demos
• Closing deals end-to-end
• Working in a fast-paced outbound sales environment
• Managing high activity levels and consistent outreach
• Converting inbound opportunities alongside outbound hunting
What They’re Looking For:
• 12+ months SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
• Hungry, competitive, and resilient personalities
• Someone who wants to prove themselves in a closing role
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and hitting KPIs
• Coachable, driven, and high-energy
