Senior Manager, Titling and Plan Operations

NSW Land Registry Services is a private company operating the NSW land titles registry on behalf of the NSW Government and the people of NSW under a 35-year concession that took effect on 1 July 2017.

The land titles registry underpins the state’s secure, efficient and guaranteed system of land ownership.

The community, businesses and government rely on this information for land management, conveyancing, property development, investment, local planning, state economic and social development, and research purposes.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead the Titling and Plan Registration team of NSW Land Registry Services.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading transformational changes initiatives across operations, workforce and technology.
• Leading the delivery of high quality and high volume plan examination and registration services.
• Coaching and developing Team Leaders to build high performing, engaged, capable and customer focused teams.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience delivering transformational change initiatives.
• Extensive leadership experience within a complex operational or regulated service delivery environment.
• Strong leadership experience managing operational teams and building leadership capability.
• Strong knowledge of plan examination and registration services, property related information and registration system or equivalent experience in a regulated operational environment.
• Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
