SHIPPING & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT | FASHION & LIFESTYLE INDUSTRY

Who in the Zoo Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established fashion and lifestyle business to recruit a Shipping & Logistics Assistant to join their growing operations team based onsite in Alexandria, Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across logistics, imports, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, or supply chain administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being involved across international product movement and operational coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating international shipments from origin to destination

• Managing freight bookings and shipment schedules

• Tracking containers, vessel updates, and delivery timelines

• Updating shipment trackers and logistics reporting

• Liaising with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders

• Supporting warehouse and supply chain operations

• Maintaining shipping documentation and system accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, imports, or supply chain

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication and follow-up ability

• Experience using Excel and tracking systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
