Each day will be interesting and varied, with responsibilities including:
- High levels of project work,
- Preparing tenders
- Assisting with internal and external events
- Database management, maintaining online directories
- Preparing reports, assisting with research
- Preparing email marketing campaigns and social media posts
- Liaising with clients, attending meetings and tender debriefs
- Assisting with partnerships and sponsorships
- Internal communications
- Managing merchandise and coordinating deliveries
- Administrative tasks
- And much much more!

Requirements
To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:
- A minimum of 2 years Marketing/BD Administration experience, ideally within a busy Legal or professional services environment. A strong Administration background with demonstrated interest in Marketing/BD will be considered.
- The ability to work full time
- Fast typing speeds and close attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder negotiation skills
- Have a relevant qualification or working towards one (marketing, administration)
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
