APS 5 / Support Analyst

Hiring Now – Associate System Support Analysts (4 Roles)

We are looking for experienced Associate System Support Analysts to join a large-scale enterprise support environment supporting critical business applications.

Location: ACT (Hybrid Working Arrangement) - Canberra

Contract: Initial term until June 2027 + extensions

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Baseline Clearance

Work Schedule: Rotating roster + occasional on-call/weekend support (Shared with the team)

Hourly rates around 70$/hr - 90$/hr excluding GST

Key Responsibilities:

• Level 2 application support and incident management

• Troubleshooting and technical investigations

• Escalation to Level 3 support teams

• Defect logging and testing support

• Email and phone-based technical support

• Knowledge base and documentation updates

• Continuous service improvement initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Siebel / Salesforce CRM

• ServiceNow

• Helpdesk / Application Support experience

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Experience in healthcare or aged care systems is highly regarded
