Role Requirements

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).

• Holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate.

• Sound understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles) and demonstrated ability to apply same in practice.

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills and use of software programs to develop and deliver education.

• Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment of practice in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development in others and to maintain, improve and broaden knowledge, expertise, capability and confidence across a team.

• Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
