Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for arts, events, and audience engagement? Join the Arts and Culture Trust as a Marketing Officer at the Albany Entertainment Centre and help bring world-class performances and experiences to life.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering innovative marketing and publicity strategies that drive ticket sales, grow audiences, and support revenue-generating initiatives. Working closely with the Perth-based marketing team and local stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the Albany Entertainment Centre connects with its community and visitors.

As Marketing Officer, you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns for productions and events, from planning and ticketing coordination through to performance analysis and reporting. You’ll collaborate with promoters, media, sponsors and internal teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and aligned, while also supporting the promotion of hospitality, functions and conventions business within the venue.

You’ll combine creativity with data-driven insights, monitoring campaign performance, analysing audience trends, and producing reports that inform future strategies. Your ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality communications will be key to your success.

Please note: This opportunity is for a full-time, permanent position based in Albany. Job share arrangements may be considered. Weekend and out-of-hours work may be required.

Conditions

A current Satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 6 months) will be required prior to commencing employment.
