About the role
Are you looking to contribute to better patient outcomes; we are seeking a resilient collaborator with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
This Patient Experience nursing position works collaboratively with Service Delivery teams to support or lead the delivery of clinical best practice, patient service and enhanced patient, family and carer experiences and outcomes, in line with local plans, State programs and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

To improve performance of individuals, teams and systems, the Quality, Clinical Safety and Nursing Directorate implements and manages a range of programs in collaboration with other Directorates to raise capability and support process improvements and safety culture in clinical teams.
