Full Stack Developer (.NET & Angular)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and Angular to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work—from concept through to delivery—while collaborating closely with a small, high-performing team.

You’ll be working on an internally developed platform that is continuously evolving, contributing to ongoing enhancements, new feature development, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET (backend) and Angular (frontend)
Take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions end-to-end
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, scalable features
Contribute to ongoing system improvements, refinements, and feature enhancements
Manage workload effectively using task management tools
Proactively seek support or guidance from senior developers when required
Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code

What We’re Looking For

Strong execution and delivery mindset with a focus on outcomes
Proven experience working with Angular and .NET
Ability to work independently without getting stuck or losing momentum
Comfortable asking for help and collaborating with senior team members
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a close-knit team environment
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

Location & Working Style

Location: Caringbah, NSW
Work Arrangement: 5 days per week in the office (onsite presence is essential)
