OTE $135,000+

Pay: AU$65,000.00 – AU$75,000.00 per year + Commission

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a motivated Asset Finance Broker to join our Sydney team — someone who can hit the ground running with their own pipeline, or build one with our support. This is a role for a self-sufficient professional who thrives without hand-holding and values the freedom that comes with a boutique environment. You’ll split your time evenly between our Parramatta office and working from home.

BASE SALARY

$65,000 – $75,000

ON-TARGET EARNINGS

$135,000+

CERTIFICATE IV

Required or willing to obtain

WHAT YOU’LL DO

– Assess client needs and match them to the right finance product and lender

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and lenders

– Structure and settle asset finance deals across equipment, vehicles, and machinery

– Manage the full deal cycle from initial enquiry through to settlement

– Manage your own pipeline and workload with a high degree of independence

– Contribute to the growth and reputation of the business

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

– Experience in asset finance, equipment finance, or commercial lending — or strong transferable financial services experience

– Self-motivated and confident working independently with minimal oversight

– Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset

– Existing referral network or the drive to build one quickly

– Comfortable with the full broker process — lender submissions, credit analysis, and deal structuring

QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate IV in Finance Broking

A Certificate IV in Finance Broking is required for this role. Candidates who are currently working towards their Cert IV, or who are willing to obtain it, are encouraged to apply.
