Senior FP&A Analyst
Decidr
Decidr is building the infrastructure for intelligent organisations.
We enable agentic transformation for our customers through two products: DecidrOS, our Agentic Operating System that brings deterministic AI to real business workflows, and SugarWork, which helps businesses own their knowledge and capture the tacit expertise that usually walks out the door.
Together, they let leadership teams redesign how work gets done - embedding AI agents into the workflows, decisions and operating rhythms that run the business. We work alongside our customers to identify where intelligent agents create the most leverage, then design, deploy and scale agentic systems that plan, decide and execute real business work — turning AI from experiment into an operating model.
Decidr is an ASX-listed technology company scaling globally across Sydney, Singapore and New York.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to help scale the capability of the FP&A team as Decidr continues its global growth.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy, turning financial insight into faster, sharper business decisions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM and leadership teams to build forecasting models, reporting frameworks and operating metrics that directly influence how the business scales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from zero, solving complex problems and working in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and commercial thinking matter. You’ll play a key role in shaping the financial systems, processes and insights that support Decidr’s next phase of growth.
In this Role you will
Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles using dynamic, driver-based financial models
Maintain and evolve long-range financial models to support global expansion, strategic planning and investor reporting
Build integrated three-statement models, scenario analyses and commercial business cases from scratch
Design and own the company’s operating metrics framework including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple, Rule of 40 and AI-specific unit economics
Build reporting that connects product, customer and commercial performance directly to financial outcomes
Write SQL queries to extract, clean and interrogate data directly from source systems
Develop executive and Board-ready dashboards that turn complexity into clear, actionable insight
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM and operational leaders to support planning and decision-making
Support Board reporting, investor materials and ASX-related financial reporting requirements
Build scalable FP&A processes, controls and reporting infrastructure from the ground up
You’ll succeed if you
Have 5–7 years of experience across FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking or high-performance commercial finance environments
Have strong experience building financial models, forecasting frameworks and reporting systems independently
Can confidently work directly with operational and financial data using SQL
Have experience within technology, SaaS or high-growth environments and understand scalable operating models
Are commercially minded and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building systems, processes and structure from zero
Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Have strong communication skills and can simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences
Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
Are CA, CPA or CFA qualified
Why Decidr
Work on intelligent systems used by real organisations
Help shape the development of DecidrOS and agentic applications
High ownership and visibility - your work will have real impact
Join an ASX-listed AI company at an early stage of growth
If the role looks interesting, we encourage you to apply.
Our hiring process focuses on how you think and approach problems, not just your CV.
