Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a professional, energetic Receptionist to join our high-performing team at our beautiful office near the Adelaide CBD. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating great first impressions, and bring positive energy wherever you go, we would love to meet you.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be the welcoming face and voice of Hickinbotham, helping keep our front-of-house operations running smoothly and professionally.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing couriers, deliveries, and mail
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Supporting the wider team with administration tasks
About You
You are organised, confident, and naturally personable. You can juggle multiple priorities, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
