IT Technical Specialist (Directory Services)

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Technical Specialist to join Enterprise Solutions and Technology.

As an IT Technical Specialist (Directory Services), you will take the lead in managing our service provider relationships, who maintain and secure our Directory Services environment. You’ll collaborate with service providers, technical specialists and relevant Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Architectural subject matter experts, contribute to defining and delivering the future state within enterprise architecture and security frameworks.

This role acts as a critical link between End User requirements, ATO Architecture and the Managed Service Providers. You’ll ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency is applied in the delivery of services, and that best practice is utilised for maintaining the health and security of the Active Directory environment.

You will implement strategies and processes to deliver sustainable, professional and flexible technology capability that meet our IT plan and government policy initiatives.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD.
