We’re looking for an EPMO Delivery Support Office Lead to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team. Someone who thrives on building structure, enabling teams and driving meaningful change across the organisation.

Your opportunity

You won’t just support projects; you’ll help power them. You are the person behind the scenes making sure projects are well organised, consistent, and set up for success.

You’ll be the connective link between systems, people and delivery, working across multiple business units to ensure projects are set up for success from day one. From improving tools and processes to strengthening reporting and governance, you’ll play a critical role in how transformation is delivered across Anglicare.

With ownership , you will:

  • Partner with project managers to set projects up for success

  • Simplify and improve delivery systems, tools and workflows

  • Build and maintain best-practice documentation and templates

  • Drive reporting and governance rhythms across the portfolio

  • Apply your analytical skills to ensure portfolio and delivery systems meet business needs

  • Use AI to drive enhanced features into the tool set and optimise existing functionality

  • Act as the go-to expert for delivery tools and processes

  • Maintain supporting intranet pages, newsletters and other Delivery Support Office communications collateral

  • Collaborate across teams to improve visibility, alignment and outcomes

  • Champion continuous improvement and smarter ways of working

What you’ll bring

You combine strong attention to detail with a bigger-picture mindset — understanding not just what needs to be done, but why it matters.

You will also bring:

  • Experience supporting a Value Management Office (VMO); Value Realisation Office (VRO); Project Management Office (PMO); Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO); delivery environment at the enterprise level

  • Strong understanding of delivery management including tools, systems and processes

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience in reporting, governance and project coordination

  • A proactive, solutions-focused & growth mindset

  • A passion for improving how teams deliver and collaborate
