We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Blackwater Workshop in a permanent position supporting a large-scale mining fleet.

About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a key role in coordinating and planning maintenance activities to ensure maximum fleet availability and efficiency. You will work closely with maintenance teams and operational stakeholders to deliver accurate schedules and support effective work management processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining planned maintenance schedules
- Coordinating maintenance activities in line with operational requirements
- Monitoring maintenance progress, costs, and completion targets
- Ensuring compliance with site maintenance systems and procedures
- Preparing weekly work plans and resource allocations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance planning processes
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification or Mechanical Engineering degree with relevant mining industry experience
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner role within mining or heavy earthmoving
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience using maintenance management systems
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
