The Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor
• Support day-to-day store operations, including:
• Stock management and high-volume stock processing
• Visual merchandising and store presentation
• Wage control and shrinkage minimisation
• Maintain an organised stockroom and back-of-house operations
• Motivate and support team members to perform at their best

About You

• Passionate about customer service and sneaker/streetwear culture
• Previous retail, leadership, or stockroom experience (highly regarded)
• A motivated, “make it happen” attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including:
• Weekdays
• Late nights
• Weekends
• Public holidays
