About the Role
Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.
As a PCA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and professional team, you’ll deliver highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support in line with resident care plans
Assist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and other daily activities
Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Follow care and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support quality care
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
A compassionate, patient, and residentfocused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Key Requirements
Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or both)
Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged; proof of Covid19 vaccination required prior to commencement
