Accountant

About The Role

Joining the business as the Company Accountant, you will oversee all aspects of finance including accounts reconciliations, month-end and end-of-financial-year reporting, budget development and management, project finance administration, cashflow forecasting and payroll management. You will be responsible for leading and supporting two accounts staff while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the finance function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing accounts team as this is a newly created position.

Your Skills And Experience

• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with at least 5 years of experience.
• Your experience has been gained from the local Australian market.
• Your experience has covered preparation of financial statements in a commercial environment and you have been exposed to budget and cash flow management.
• Your communication skills are excellent and you can explain complex financial matters to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
• You never miss a deadline and take pride in the outputs you produce.
